Policy

We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations . By purchasing an item you are agreeing to our policy.

Shipping

All Packages are shipped via United States Postal Service USPS.

Tracking numbers are automatically sent to the email you entered at checkout.

Allow 24-48 hrs for tracking to update once the package has been dropped off at the post office.

Once packages are left at the post office they are no longer BvtterflyStudio's responsibility. Any Damage to the package during shipping is responsibility of the Postal Service, you can contact your local post office to file any claims for damaged packaging.

*Adding Insurance to a package is offered upon request & at an extra charge*

Shipping rates are subject to change reflecting USPS Shipping rate increases.

 

Damaged Packages

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact the post office immediately if the package is damaged. 

If you receive the wrong item or any other issues with your order  please reach out to me to better assist and evaluate the matter.

Turnaround Time

turnaround time typically varies anywhere from 1-2 weeks

sometimes 2-3 weeks if a high demand restock is active or during the holidays

place your orders with time if needed by a specific date preferably 1-2 week notice

***Please give your order 1-2 weeks for it to be handmade & ready to ship out. Patience is a Virtue - Everything is handmade to order.

Place your orders accordingly if needed by a specific date.

 How long will my order take to make?

Patience is key ...... Orders are done in the order they are received. 

First come first serve.  

note: an estimated 1-2 week turnaround for orders being sent within the united states.

I love to pour myself into every piece I create making it as special and meaningful as possible, this does however take much of my time, patience & energy But it's always worth it when you receive a creation from me and see for yourself the passion I put into each & every piece.
